Biography

Michele Krech’s research spans international law and global governance, with a particular focus on human rights and gender equality. She has explored these questions in contexts including the regulation of gender in global sport. Krech’s work has appeared in the American Journal of International Law, AJIL Unbound, the International Journal of Human Rights, the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and Sexual and Reproductive Health Matters. Prior to joining the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, she was a Bigelow Fellow and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School, as well as a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute, where she also served as an Assistant Editor of the European Journal of International Law.
