Biography

Michele Scataglini's career focuses on strategy and innovation, working with a wide range of firms and public agencies in space commerce, economic growth, sustainable development, energy services, and health systems procurement. His current focus involves strategic innovation advisory work for large-scale innovation projects, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and job creation. With over 20 years of international professional experience, primarily in Europe and the UK, Michele spent a decade at Ernst & Young, working with clients such as the European Commission and the World Bank. He emphasizes venture creation and development, is a serial co-founder of INSTA Associates and Progress2Impact, and contributes to Oxford Saïd’s research on space commerce governance and sustainable development goals. He has co-authored reports for the European Space Agency and is involved in teaching and developing strategic innovation programs at Oxford.
