Biography

Michelle M. Hessen, O.D., is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, affiliated with the Wilmer Eye Institute. She specializes in ocular surface diseases and is a member of the Dry Eye Team, providing comprehensive ophthalmic care, including pre- and post-operative management for cataract surgery patients.
