Biography

Michelle Ramos is an international ballerina and choreographer with a focus on ballet and contemporary dance. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she was awarded a talent dean scholarship, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ballet and Contemporary Dance from the Boston Conservatory, where she received a merit scholarship. Additionally, she has a Yoga teaching certification from the Perri Institute for Mind and Body in New York City. Ramos has performed at the National Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City and has participated in presidential performances, as well as appeared on television with Raul Flores Canelo. Furthermore, she has toured as a dance artist to various companies across Europe, including Compañía Nacional de Danza Gemma Morado in Madrid and Staatsballett Berlin. She is the creator of IMAGINANZA, through which she collaborates with composers, filmmakers, designers, and other artists, and is a sponsored teacher for the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Dance for Parkinson’s program.
