Biography

Micol Ferrario graduated with honors in Law in 2016 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, writing a thesis on the interpretative use of comparative law. She then won a scholarship for a Master's in Economics and International Policies at USI, where she obtained a double degree with honors in February 2018, after gaining significant research experience. Since March, she has been working as a teaching and research assistant in economic law at the Institute of Law and Economics. Additionally, she is a PhD student at the University of Neuchâtel, where she is writing a thesis titled 'Transjudicial Communication: Role of the Swiss Federal Tribunal', under the co-supervision of Professor Mahon and Professor De Rossa. Her research focuses on comparative law, comparative constitutional law, economic law, human rights, and public international law.
