Biography

Mike Lee has had a distinguished career spanning major studios such as Fox and Warner Bros, as well as innovative start-ups that have revolutionized the Internet, including Netscape. He is passionate about engaging students at the University of Southern California (USC), where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in applied analytics and enterprise systems at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering and the Marshall School of Business. Prior to his current role, Mike served as Secretary General of the USC Academic Senate and as CTO of USC Annenberg's Media Impact Project. He holds dual appointments in Viterbi's School of Advanced Computing and the Daniel J. Epstein Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. With over a decade at Fox and Warner Bros as VP of Technology and Director, alongside a role as a Technology Evangelist for Netscape and CTO/VP of various Internet and software companies, Mike has spoken at major global conferences about Internet technologies, digital entrepreneurship, and enterprise systems. He currently resides in the greater Los Angeles area with his wife and children.
