Mikhail Kostylev is a Professor at the University of Western Australia in the Department of Physics. He serves as the Graduate Research Coordinator and is actively involved in supervising Honours, Masters, and PhD research projects. His teaching includes several advanced lecture courses, notably in Quantum Measurements and Advanced Statistical Physics. Kostylev leads a research group focused on magnetisation dynamics and spintronics, exploring topics such as magnetism, nanostructures, and microwave signal processing devices.
