Dr. Millie Chang

Biography

Millie S. Chang, O.D. is an optometrist specializing in pediatric and adult patients with a focus on amblyopia, myopia control, and vision rehabilitation. She provides comprehensive eye care services and has extensive experience with specialty contact lenses, orthokeratology, and managing conditions such as high astigmatism. Millie co-manages surgical treatments for glaucoma, cataracts, retinal diseases, and LASIK surgery, while also having a special interest in ortho-k lenses and atropine therapy. Her qualifications include a Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry, where she was awarded a distinguished Incentive Scholarship. She completed her training at the Baltimore VA Medical Center and the renowned Vision Therapy Pediatrics Clinic at SUNY College of Optometry. Millie is a member of the American Optometric Association and the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.
