Ming received a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University in 2019, where he studied Materials Science and Engineering as well as Cognitive Science. He later earned a Ph.D. in 2024 from the Harvard-MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology. Now, he serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). His teaching and research focus on enhancing the modern biology curriculum and understanding how students learn complex chemical phenomena.
