Biography

Minjie Chen is an Associate Professor at the Princeton Materials Institute and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, where he also serves as the Acting Associate Director of Research at the Andlinger Center for Energy and Environment. His research interests encompass a wide array of topics including applied physics, energy and environmental solutions, integrated circuits and systems, materials and devices, as well as robotics and cyberphysical systems. He earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2009.
