Miranda Mote is an architect, historian, artist, and educator based in Philadelphia. Her artistic practice narrates stories of plants through monotype printmaking methods that utilize plant specimens, botanical pigments, dyes, and fibers, derived from a historical study of techniques employed by early modern botanists and naturalists.
