Biography

Miro Kazakoff is a Senior Lecturer in Managerial Communication at MIT Sloan School of Management, where he focuses on how individuals use data to persuade others. He has developed MIT Sloan’s courses on Communicating and Persuading with Data, which aim to enhance individuals' effectiveness in influencing organizations through speaking, writing, and visualizing data. Kazakoff teaches several courses in the MBA, Executive MBA, and Sloan Fellows programs, such as Communication for Leaders and Executive Communication. He co-founded Testive, an educational technology company that merges adaptive online learning with live human coaching to help students achieve their educational objectives. His previous work includes roles in sales and client service at HubSpot, Compete.com, and Bain & Company. Kazakoff holds a BA from Georgetown University in English and Computer Science and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
