Mitsue Miyazaki is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of California, San Diego. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to science, including the Purple Ribbon Award from the Emperor of Japan in 2021 and the Senior Fellow Award from the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine in 2013.
