Biography

Mohamad Soltani is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the Department of Accounting and Business Analytics at the Alberta School of Business. Mohamad's research has been published in prominent journals such as Management Science and the Journal of Marketing, and he has received accolades including the Best Paper Award from the Production and Operations Management Society in 2020. He earned his PhD in Operations Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and Isfahan University of Technology in Iran. At the Alberta School of Business, he teaches Predictive Business Analytics and Operations Management at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
