Biography

Mohammad Ali joined the School of Business Administration at Penn State Harrisburg in the fall of 2013. Prior to this role, he taught at the School of Management at the New York Institute of Technology. He earned his doctorate degree in Management from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His dissertation focused on Stakeholder Management, and he continues to explore the benefits of stakeholder management for businesses. He has published articles in reputable journals such as the Journal of Workplace Rights, Advances in Industrial Labor Relations, Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation, and the Monthly Labor Review. Ali is actively involved in professional organizations including the Academy of Management, Labor and Employment Relations Association, and the Society for Business Ethics.
