Biography

Mohammad Eslami is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Innovation Management at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. He earned his PhD from Linköping University, Sweden, and has served in various academic roles at Jönköping International Business School, including Assistant Professor and Associate Professor from 2019 to 2024. He was also the Director for PhD candidates at the same institution from 2022 to 2024. His research interests focus on supply chain innovation management, particularly in the areas of digitalization, knowledge integration, dynamic capabilities, and uncertainties. Dr. Eslami's work is published in several esteemed journals such as Supply Chain Management: International Journal, International Journal of Production Economics, and Industrial Marketing Management. He has contributed to the field as a guest editor for journals including Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management and Creativity & Innovation Management. Additionally, he is currently a member of the executive committee for the International Purchasing & Supply Education & Research Association (IPSERA). Dr. Eslami's teaching interests include Supply Relationship Management and Digital Supply Chain Management, and he emphasizes sustainable development goals through his research contributions.
