Biography

Moitrayee Bhattacharyya's lab studies the molecular mechanisms of kinase signaling, with a particular focus on learning, memory, and neuropathological conditions. She earned her PhD in Computational Biophysics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, utilizing molecular dynamics simulations and graph theory to investigate allosteric communication in protein complexes including RNA and DNA interactions. The lab adopts an integrative approach to understand the complexities of cellular signaling, merging both experimental and computational techniques to explore significant molecular dynamics.
