Dr. Monte D. Mills is a Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on pediatric ophthalmology. He completed his medical education at Baylor College of Medicine and undertook his residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center and Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary.
