Biography

Mukul Pandya is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where he also serves as a consulting editor for the Oxford Business Review. He is the founding editor-in-chief and executive director of Knowledge@Wharton (K@W), a web-based journal focused on research and business analysis, published by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mukul has over 22 years of experience in K@W prior to his retirement in 2020. Additionally, he was a Senior Fellow at the Wharton AI Business and Wharton Customer Analytics research centers for the 2020-21 period. With more than 40 years of experience as a writer and editor, he has won four awards for investigative journalism, and his articles have been published in prominent outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Economist, and Time magazine. He co-authored the book "Lasting Leadership" and has written and edited several other works, including the award-winning book "Transformation Crisis," co-edited with Nitin Rakesh and Jerry Wind. Mukul holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Bombay.
