Biography

Murat Arcak's research focuses on control theory, autonomous systems, and multi-agent systems, particularly their applications in transportation, energy, and biology. He received the CAREER Award from the National Science Foundation in 2003 and has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Donald P. Eckman Award from the American Automatic Control Council in 2006 and the Control Systems Theory Prize from the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) in 2007.
