Biography

Mussa Hussaini is an Associate Senior Lecturer at the University of Gothenburg specializing in corporate finance. His research focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate governance, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. He employs empirical methods to explore how ownership structures, board characteristics, and disclosure quality impact corporate decisions and firm value.
