Biography

My Eklund Saksberg is a lecturer at Linköping University with a focus on integrated healthcare, collaboration, leadership, and quality improvement in organization and person-centered care. Eklund Saksberg emphasizes interprofessional learning and teamwork in the healthcare education sector, working as a part-time doctoral student at the Unit Health Care Analysis National Centre for Priority Setting in Healthcare. She is engaged in research projects concentrating on priorities, organization, and leadership within municipal healthcare context. As part of her role, she is responsible for teaching in the nursing program and acts as an assistant course coordinator for first-semester students. Additionally, Eklund Saksberg leads the Quality Improvement Learning Practice intermediate module and represents the working group at the National Platform for Improvement Knowledge, integrating interprofessional learning activities throughout various stages of healthcare education programs.
