Biography

Dr. Myriam MacDonald is a double-board certified plastic surgeon with a strong interest in aspects involving feminine aesthetics and wellbeing. She became a board-certified plastic surgeon in 2013 and relocated to Canada in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a successful cosmetic plastic surgery practice in Brazil. Dr. MacDonald has focused her practice on aesthetic plastic surgery and minimally invasive treatments. She completed her Canadian plastic surgery training at McGill University and a fellowship in breast reconstruction microsurgery at the University of Ottawa. Her clinical interests also include breast reconstruction and she is heavily involved in surgical education, simulation, and research related to surgical outcomes and quality.
