Dr. Myriam Osorio

Biography

Myriam Osorio is an academic specializing in Modern Languages and Cultures with a focus on Latin American literature and feminist studies. Holding a Licenciatura from Bogota and both a Master's and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Osorio has contributed significantly to the understanding of women's writing in Latin America and has an interest in Cultural Studies. She is engaged in examining the intersections of gender and literature, analyzing the socio-cultural contexts that shape feminine voices in Latin American narratives.
