Biography

Nabila Khan is a human rights lawyer specializing in international law, workers' rights, and business and human rights. She is currently a Research Associate at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law's International Human Rights Program, where she contributes to the Program's research, litigation, and advocacy efforts on a broad range of human rights issues, including corporate accountability. Previously, Nabila practiced employment and human rights law at a boutique employment law firm in Toronto, worked with the Business and Human Rights Unit at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, and guest lectured labour and employment law courses at Osgoode Hall Law School. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and an Honours B.A. in Political Science and Communication Studies from McMaster University.
