Biography

Nadia Desbiens is a full professor in the field of special education and educational integration and the director of the Department of Psychoeducation and Adult Education at the Faculty of Education at the Université de Montréal. She is a regular researcher at the University Research Center on Youth and Families (CRUJeF) and is affiliated with the Institute of Research in Public Health at the Université de Montréal. Additionally, she has co-authored several significant publications on behavioral issues in schools and has developed training programs for educators to support students' educational transitions. Her work applies empirical research to practice, benefiting both students and educational staff in Montreal schools.
