Biography

Nadia Millington is an Associate Professor in Education Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on social entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, sustainable business model development, and open innovation. Dr. Millington's experience includes working in India on poverty issues and co-founding a social enterprise in Brazil. She has served as the Deputy Director of the LSE Innovation Co-creation Lab and has collaborated with organizations in Mexico and Africa to empower change-makers in designing and scaling social enterprises. With over ten years of experience as a strategy consultant across the UK and the Caribbean, she has advised numerous Boards and Executive Leadership teams on strategy development and implementation, leading to significant transformations in large-scale business programs.
