Biography

Nailin Bu is an Associate Professor at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University in Canada. She is originally from Shanghai, China, where she received her BSc and MSc degrees from Fudan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Nailin earned her PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the University of British Columbia. Before her appointment at Queen's University, she taught at the University of Victoria. She has published extensively in reputed journals including the International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Nailin has received research funding from prominent organizations, reflecting her active contribution to the field of management studies. Additionally, she engages in teaching courses related to international business strategy and cross-cultural management, drawing from her extensive experience and insights from East Asia.
