Biography

Professor Meshkati holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and a B.A. in International Relations from National University of Iran. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California. Small President’s Distinguished Service Award and has been a Jefferson Science Fellow.
