Biography

Nancy St-Onge, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Exercise Science at Concordia University. She completed her PhD at the University of Montreal and has since focused on understanding movement control in both healthy and impaired populations. Her work explores how electromyographic, kinetic, and kinematic adjustments are affected by mechanical perturbations and how these variables can be indicative of injury recovery. She has a keen interest in developing and evaluating rehabilitation protocols tailored for special populations after surgery. Her research includes investigating balance and movement control, as well as the effects of external perturbations on these dynamics.
