Dr. Nanna Skytte

Biography

Nanna Hasle Bak Skytte is a PhD student at the University of Copenhagen, specializing in dark personality traits in the workplace. Her research project, titled 'Welcome Dark Side – Personality Work,' focuses on examining the dark sides of personality that manifest in professional settings. Nanna applies quantitative methods to investigate issues related to faking in recruitment processes and the implications of dark core personality traits, known as the D-factor, on organizational behavior. She graduated as a psychologist from the Department of Psychology at the University of Copenhagen in 2015 and has over ten years of experience in psychometrics, primarily developed through her work with People Test Systems, a company that designs and distributes psychological testing tools for organizations. In 2020, she became an Industrial PhD fellow, previously working as an instructor in Statistics at the Department of Psychology and participating in a longitudinal research project at the Department of Public Health to track university students from graduation onwards.
