Biography

Naomi Davids-Brumer is an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. Professor Davids-Brumer's research in educational scholarship primarily examines learning that occurs in clinical learning spaces, particularly within occupational therapy rehabilitation professions. She is exploring the phenomenon of healthcare student failure in clinical settings, with a specific interest in understanding students' perspectives on their experiences. Her goal is to use this research to facilitate innovative solutions and remediation approaches for learners who are struggling.
