Napoleon Xanthoulis is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Southampton and Co-Director of the Law & Technology Centre. Prior to his current role, Napoleon was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth and a Visiting Lecturer in EU Law at King’s College London. He completed his PhD at King’s College London in 2020, having previously studied at University College London and Panteion University in Athens, where he earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees with distinction.
