Biography

Natalie Frost, M.D., board-certified neonatologist, serves as the director of neonatology at the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She specializes in coordinating fetal-to-neonatal care for complex fetal conditions, focusing on specialized delivery planning and EXIT procedures. Previously, she served as the medical co-director of the FETAL Center at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas for seven years. Frost also holds the position of medical director for neonatal transport at Dell Children’s Medical Center, where she specializes in the transport of critically ill babies, both by land and air, regionally and out-of-state. She has completed additional training in perinatal palliative care and serves on the Obstetrics Perinatal Ethics Committee for Ascension Texas hospitals. Her recent research involves correlating prenatal diagnostic findings with postnatal outcomes. Frost enjoys training future pediatricians and neonatologists, focusing on prenatal consultation, complex delivery, postnatal care planning, and neonatal resuscitation. One of her favorite aspects of work is the deep relationships she forms with patients and families, guiding them through challenging decisions and celebrating beautiful moments together.
