Biography

Nataliia Hrytsiuk is a Research Fellow at University College London, specifically within the School of Management. Her research focuses on innovative entrepreneurship and start-up project management, where she identifies market opportunities and develops innovative business models for new ventures. Prior to her role at UCL, Nataliia served as Deputy Dean (Education) at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, where she promoted educational events with a patriotic and cultural emphasis. She has significant experience as an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship, developing influential courses in areas such as strategic management and creative management. Nataliia holds a PhD in Management Entrepreneurship from Lviv University of Business and Law, with her dissertation centered around the development strategy of the chemical industry influenced by the tax policies of enterprises. In addition to her academic work, she has authored 70 academic publications, including textbooks, and is actively involved in voluntary initiatives supporting displaced Ukrainians.
