Dr. Natasha Rybak

Biography

Natasha Rybak is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Brown University and a Clinician Educator specializing in infectious diseases. She has a strong focus on pediatric HIV and tuberculosis, particularly the management of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Natasha has been actively involved in building collaborative partnerships between Ukraine and the United States over the past nine years, aiming to strengthen research capacity in TB and HIV. With a background that includes participation in the Rotary Youth Exchange program in 1993-94, she possesses a rich cultural understanding of the complexities faced by vulnerable populations in post-Soviet nations. At Brown University, she has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Brown University Ukraine Collaboration, which addresses global health challenges related to TB and HIV co-infections. Natasha also serves as the Medical Director of the RISE TB Clinic, contributing to the clinical care and research in her field.
