Dr. Nazif Alic

Biography

Nazif Alic completed his studies at the University of New South Wales, Australia, where he received his PhD. He has conducted postdoctoral research in biochemistry, focusing on transcription and yeast RNA polymerase III, at the Commissariat à l'énergie atomique in France. He arrived at University College London as an EMBO/Marie Curie fellow, working under the guidance of Professor Partridge. In 2013, he established his own laboratory at University College London, contributing to the Institute of Healthy Ageing. His experience includes serving as an Associate Professor and Lecturer at University College London within the Genetics, Evolution & Environment department, where he has been involved in various research projects and academic activities since 2013.
