Biography

Negin Dahya is an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington and an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto’s Institute of Communication, Culture, Information & Technology. Her research focuses on the social and cultural contexts of digital media technology use, particularly among girls and women of color, migrants, and refugees. Her professional contributions include consulting for organizations such as the Na'ah Illahee Fund and GIZ Germany.
