Biography

Nelson C. Baker graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1980 with a B.C.E. in Civil Engineering. He subsequently earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1985 and 1989, respectively. He currently serves as the Dean of Professional Education and is a Professor.
