Biography

Nelson P. Repenning is a Distinguished Professor of System Dynamics and Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition to his academic roles, he is involved with ShiftGear Work Design as the chief social scientist and has received numerous accolades for his contributions to education and management science, including the 2011 Jamieson Prize for Excellence in Teaching. He holds a BA in Economics from Colorado College and a PhD in Operations Management/System Dynamics from MIT.
