Biography

Nephy G. Samuel is a Clinical Associate Professor in Pharmacy Practice at Texas A&M Irma Lerma Rangel School of Pharmacy. Dr. Samuel holds a PharmD from Texas A&M Health Science Center and completed a PGY1/PGY2 Pharmacotherapy Specialty Residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Dr. Samuel is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist since 2016. His research interests are primarily focused on evidence-based practice, outcomes-based research, assessment methodologies, and experiential education. In addition to his research, he is passionate about teaching adult internal medicine, neurology/pain management, cardiology, and gastroenterology/hepatology. Dr. Samuel contributes to the academic community through his involvement in various teaching and research initiatives aimed at improving the quality of pharmacy education and patient care.
