Biography

Nicholas Bamforth is a Fellow in Law at Queen's College, Oxford. He works in the areas of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law, and Sexuality Law. He is the author and co-author of multiple books, including 'Sexuality, Morals and Justice' (Cassell) and 'Patriarchal Religion, Sexuality and Gender: A Critique of the New Natural Law' (with David A.J. He teaches various courses at the undergraduate level, including Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Human Rights Law, as well as a Comparative Human Rights course at the BCL/MJur level. His research interests include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, and Sexuality Law, and he is involved with the Human Rights Law Research Group at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights.
