Dr. Nicholas Kevlahan

Biography

Nicholas Kevlahan is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at McMaster University. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of British Columbia and earned his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cambridge. His academic journey also includes being a Marie Curie post-doctoral fellow at École Normale Supérieure in Paris. Over the years, he has established collaborations and held visiting positions at prestigious institutions, including Université Grenoble-Alpes and INRIA. His research interests lie in the areas of Applied Mathematics, Computational Models, Geophysical Fluid Dynamics, Numerical Analysis, and Partial Ordinary Differential Equations.
