Biography

Nicholas Nelson is a Lecturer in Landscape Architecture and Visiting Faculty at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. With 18 years of experience as a fluvial geomorphologist and river restoration practitioner, Nicholas serves as the Northeast Regional Director for Inter-Fluve, a river and wetland restoration firm. He has taught at the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, the University of Minnesota, and Northeastern University, focusing on courses related to GIS applications and environmental planning.
