Dr. Nicholas Reaves

Biography

Nicholas Reaves is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. His legal practice primarily focuses on Amendment appellate litigation. Reaves has contributed scholarly works that have been published in prestigious journals such as the Yale Law Journal Forum and the Notre Dame Law Review. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In addition to his legal work, Reaves was a recipient of the Fellowship at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE), where he delved into contemporary legal ethics. He also served as Notes Editor for the Virginia Law Review while studying at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.). Additionally, Reaves holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
