Biography

Nick Letch is a Senior Honorary Research Fellow and Deputy Dean at the UWA Business School, University of Western Australia. He has been involved in academic leadership since September 2017 and previously served as Director of Academic Programs and Director of Undergraduate Programs within the business school. His PhD thesis focused on public sector information systems, particularly the support of citizen-administration relationships. His ongoing research examines the interplay of social and technical aspects of information technology implementations in public administration and educational contexts. He has contributed to numerous national and international forums, providing consultancy services to both government and private sector organizations on information systems management and governance. He also coordinated postgraduate programs in Information Management from 2000 to 2011 and chaired the Business Information Management Discipline group from 2007 to 2009. Before academia, Nick held various operational and management roles in data operations and the retail sector.
