He is a dual performer and music theorist, passionate about helping students forge meaningful connections between the study of music analysis and their performance practice. His pedagogy focuses on musical expectation, empowering students to engage in theoretically informed and accessible conversations during private lessons, performances, and concerts. Additionally, he conducts film score analysis of the Hulu series 'The Handmaid’s Tale.'
