Biography

Nicola Gundt is an Associate Professor of Labour Law at Maastricht University. He completed the European Law School program at Maastricht University. Afterward, he earned a PhD position at Utrecht University, where he defended his thesis in 2009 on a comparative analysis of the possibilities of modifying employment contracts in relation to the flexibility offered to employers.
