Biography

Nicole Anderson obtained her AB in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, followed by an MA and PhD in Psychology from the University of Toronto. As a registered clinical neuropsychologist, she serves as a Senior Scientist at the Rotman Research Institute and as the Director of the Ben & Hilda Katz Inter-Professional Research Program in Geriatric Dementia Care at Baycrest. She is a fellow of both the American Psychological Association and the Gerontological Society of America. Her research primarily investigates memory processes impacted by healthy aging and mild cognitive impairment, focusing on cognitive lifestyle interventions that promote brain health and reduce dementia risk.
