Nicole Busby was appointed Professor of Human Rights, Equality, and Justice in 2019. Previously, she was a Professor of Labour Law at the University of Strathclyde from 2012 to 2019, and has also taught at Stirling University and Robert Gordon University. She has published extensively on women’s economic rights, focusing on the interplay between paid and unpaid work, and advocates for the use of empirical and doctrinal methods to understand how law affects lived experiences.
